Spiritual Growth is a necessary component in developing a healthful, satisfying lifestyle. New Life staff members are experienced in working with the intersection between emotional and spiritual life and can lead classes, workshops, and retreats in such areas as:

various types of prayer and meditation

prayer and emotional healing

Spiritual Direction is a process whereby a spiritually mature, well trained, person walks alongside the seeker helping that individual to more fully discern the leadership of the Spirit among the din of the many voices, and assorted sounds, seeking also to gain the individual's attention and following.
